  • Prepares Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and visual financial reports
  • Prepares 12-month financial forecast, and 13-week cash flow projection

level 3: Fractional CFO

Bookkeeper + controller + chief financial officer (cfo)

A CFO provides strategic financial guidance, oversees overall financial health, and leads financial planning and risk management in a company.

  • Meets with leadership team 4-6 times per month to review pipeline, cash flow, forecasting and projects
  • Manages bank relationships and access to capital
  • Prepares custom and detailed reports by department and by class
